Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
*Less then 24 hours notice: 30% of the scheduled service will be charged.
* No-show/no-call: 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged.
* Deposits: Any deposit paid will be forfeited. They are transferable but non refundable.
* Card on file: By booking, you authorize Valley Brows & Skin to charge the applicable fee to the card on file.
* Late arrivals: Arriving 15+ minutes late may result in cancellation and a 50% fee.
* Rescheduling: Repeated rescheduling may require a new deposit or prepayment.
